Associations weigh impact of health care law on benefits

In the competition for the best staffers, many associations and other nonprofits tend to offer generous health benefits in lieu of higher salaries. Could the new health insurance law have an impact on an association's ability to attract top talent? And could it prompt any groups to relocate?
